Cancellation Policy

A TEN (10) minute grace period will be given before a session is considered a No Show. The appointment can be rescheduled if there is availability within the same week. This does not apply to Friday appointments. Rescheduling for the following week will require a new paid appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advanced will be charged for the full session. A new appointment will have to be scheduled. Emergency cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis.
